Intro
Rene and the eismann brand have been working together successfully for around two years. Initially, the focus was primarily on acquiring new customers. Over time, however, this has developed into something more. He was on site at the eismann annual conference in 2023. There, the idea came up to cover the area of recruiting in order to attract even more drivers to the brand. Rene himself therefore spent a day as an eismann driver and was able to give an insight into everyday life on all his channels.
Strategy
The long-term collaboration between Rene and eismann is paying off: Since the beginning, he has been completely free in the implementation of the collaboration and can therefore use all his channels in the most creative way. Initially, the focus was on new customers - he was able to acquire over 1,000 new customers per year. By implementing the recruiting aspect, the creator was also able to reach 250 qualified forms from potential applicants. The goals of acquiring new customers and recruiting were ideally combined.

Rene's social media content has become known primarily through food videos. Accordingly, the brand fit with eismann, the food delivery service, is ideal.

The eismann storylines are always very well received by Rene's community and are always well received, allowing the brand to position itself in its ideal target group.
